At Cliff’s Auction Services LLC, we want you to be confident in every purchase you make. As collectors ourselves, we understand how important trust, authenticity, and peace of mind are when acquiring rare banknotes.

We stand behind the quality of every note we sell. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

🕒 Return Eligibility Window

We accept returns within 45 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging (if applicable)

  • Unaltered, undamaged, and unmodified

📦 How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Email us at new@rareusbanknotes.com with the following:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for the return

    • Clear photos of the item (if damaged or misrepresented)

  2. We’ll provide return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method.

💵 Refund Method & Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the return is approved.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is free for purchases totaling $9,900 or more (before taxes and discounts).

  • For all other orders, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service—we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Auctioned items are considered final sale and not eligible for return.

  • Items that have been damaged, altered, or handled improperly after delivery may not qualify for a refund.

  • Graded or certified banknotes must be returned in their original holder, undamaged and unopened.

🔍 Refunds for Misrepresented or Damaged Items

In rare cases where an item arrives significantly misrepresented or damaged in transit:

  • Please notify us within 5 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.

  • We will arrange a return or replacement at no cost to you.

  • Authenticity Guarantee: While we stand by the authenticity of all products listed for sale, our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the item.

  • Right to Refuse Returns: Cliff’s Auction Services LLC reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.

  • Market Fluctuations: Prices for collectible banknotes may vary over time. We do not offer refunds based on market value changes after a purchase is made.

  • Jurisdiction: This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved under these laws.

  • Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
